I agree and acknowledge that DATAVERSITY plans to take photographs and videos at the Data Governance & Information Quality (DGIQ) West conference and reproduce them in news or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic, or other media, including the DATAVERSITY and the DGIQ conference websites. By participating in DGIQ West, I grant DATAVERSITY the right to use photographs for such purposes. I am aware this is a release of liability and rights of use related to photographs and video; a contract between myself and DATAVERSITY. I have read, understand, and agree to these terms, and I am entering into this agreement of my own free will.

In reviewing the current COVID-19 guidelines from the CDC, and the specific requirements in place in San Diego, CA, we will not be requiring proof of vaccination or negative testing in order to attend DGIQ 2024 West. DATAVERSITY still recommends that all attendees take measures to manage their own health risks and protect themselves by wearing face coverings (masks) indoors, and being vaccinated with the latest available boosters at least two weeks prior to attending the conference. If conditions around COVID-19 change such that stricter protocols are required by any health authority with jurisdiction in San Diego, CA, then we will notify attendees immediately.

DATAVERSITY cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19 or any other communicable disease, and will not be held liable for any instances of infection or illness for any participants who attend the events. Exhibitor shall indemnify the Indemnified Parties against all Claims by Exhibitor’s employees and guests arising out of or related to infection with COVID-19, whether before, during, or after attendance at the Event.

Group Discounts: Register four or more team members for an in-person registration option, and everyone gets 25% off! It's like getting every 4th registration FREE. To register your group online, select at least four in-person registration options from the menu above, and the discount will automatically be applied. No coupon is necessary.

If you wish to register a group of more than 10 for a single registration type, please contact the Registration Team at registration@dataversity.net for assistance.

Please note: This does not apply to Non-Attendee registration options/subscriptions but to in-person options only. Group members must be with the same organization and register at the same time. There is no limit to your group size.

Professional Membership Discounts: Members of DAMA and/or Data Governance Professionals Organization (DGPO) are entitled to a discount on their registration fees. Please contact registration@dataversity.net for details.

Other Registration Types

Speakers: You will receive a coupon code via your speaker checklist (upon accepting your invite). Please note that these codes apply to Conference and Tutorial sessions from Monday morning through Thursday afternoon, with the option to add the Two-Day Seminars for an additional cost. DVTC Essential Subscription Included w/All In-Person Registrations

All in-person registrants* receive access to DATAVERSITY Training Center's Essential Subscription for one year, which includes DGIQ 2024 West's recorded sessions and all face-to-face conference presentations + webinars, podcast episodes, product demos, case studies, and online conferences, as well as the complete catalog of “What Is…” on-demand courses, and all related insider content.

Essential Subscription access will be shared via email approximately 2 weeks after the event, with DGIQ 2024 West videos becoming available approximately 4 weeks after the event. Videos include most Conference Sessions, Keynotes, and Product Sessions (they do not include Monday Tutorials, Thursday Workshops, or Thursday-Friday Seminars). Session Handouts Included w/All In-Person Registrations

All in-person registrants* receive electronic access to any session slide decks received via a handouts page shared with attendees 2 weeks before the conference (with the exception of Thursday-Friday Seminars, which are not posted to the handouts page).

*Applicable to all in-person registrations except the Exhibit Booth Pass registration option.

Speaker Replacement or Cancellation

Please understand that agenda adjustments may occur due to changes in the availability of speakers, especially with evolving COVID-19 conditions and travel limitations. If a speaker must cancel their participation, DATAVERSITY will make every possible attempt to find a replacement on the same or similar topic. Alternatively, if the speaker is scheduled to make a conference presentation but is unable to travel due to prevailing COVID-19 conditions, we may attempt to conduct that presentation remotely. All agenda adjustments will be published at the earliest possible opportunity.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by May 10, 2024, will be fully refunded. Cancellations on or after May 11, 2024, will not be entitled to a refund but can receive a credit to a future event. To cancel your registration, please email registration@dataversity.net. Confirmed registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in writing are liable for the entire registration fee. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

If DATAVERSITY is forced to cancel or postpone the event for any reason on or after May 11, 2024, no refunds will be made. Instead, a registration credit will be offered for future events.
