  integrity, and the list goes on.&nbsp;These are commonly referred to as di
 mensions of Data Quality.&nbsp;Over the years and even at DGIQ, I&rsquo;ve 
 seen presentations on Data Quality include 14 different dimensions&hellip;1
 6 different dimensions&hellip;even up to somewhere in the 20s of different 
 dimensions!&nbsp;Oh my!&nbsp;Chick-fil-A embarked upon this path some years
  ago and encountered a number of challenges along the way.&nbsp; Some of th
 ese challenges were our corporate culture, our staffing strategy, and a lac
 k of automation.&nbsp;\n\nIn this presentation, I will discuss these challe
 nges and how we have shifted our approach to confront and solve these issue
