A highly skilled data management professional with extensive experience in the field, Troy Heninger, CDMP, serves as the Director of Data Governance and Data Quality at St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, Idaho. His journey began at Micron Technology, where he immersed himself in data and planning. Over time, Troy transitioned from semiconductors to the dynamic world of healthcare.
A Multifaceted Career: At Micron, Troy wore multiple hats. He was involved in strategic planning, ensuring the organization’s long-term vision aligned with data-driven insights. Additionally, he played a crucial role in supply and demand planning, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing operational efficiency. Finally, he spearheaded the Data Governance program, collaborating closely with Master Data and other data teams.
A Natural Leader and Mentor: Troy’s leadership extends beyond his role. He is passionate about mentoring the next generation of business professionals, always eager to share his knowledge and expertise. Guiding others toward success brings immense pride.
Balancing Work and Adventure: When not immersed in data, Troy finds solace in the great outdoors. Whether fishing, camping, or hiking, he appreciates quality time with his family. Troy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Boise State University and is a devoted father of three.
